Shipping + Taxes
All our furniture is shipped in components via UPS Ground. Shipping to the Continental U.S. is FREE. Please contact us for shipping quotes for other locations.
Pieces from the Natural and Classic Collections will ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Pieces from the Custom Collection are sprayed to order and usually ship within 2 weeks of your order date. Shipping times vary from 1 day to New England and New York to 5 days to California.
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Checks. If you order through our shopping cart, your credit card will be charged just prior to your order being shipped. For Custom Collection orders, we charge a 50% deposit to start the custom spraying and the 50% balance prior to shipping.
There is a 6.25% sales tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses. All orders to other states are tax free.
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a repair, replacement, or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
